Dressage training is used as the basis for strengthening and training the horse to be a caring , fully athletic and active partner. Good dressage for bending, flexibility and strength is essential if we want to get the instant and accurate response that we need when making adjustments on the jumping course.
At Gloucester Downs we combine "in house" dressage and outside instruction to try to help both the horse and rider establish the partnership necessary to get to the top of the sport. There is always something left to learn.
